Problems with Slider Revolution

I have a problem with the module: Revolution Slider, before buying this module ask you if it was compatible with the "Logancee" template they told me so. All well with the display module up to two days the "revolution slider" stopped working not visualized, the support of "revolution slider" tells me it's a problem of the template. Please indicate any solution.

Ok, Leave data, please is urgent.

So far is not published the "Revolution Slider" yet because is not visualized correctly. The support of "Revolution Slider" told me it was a problem template. I need the "Revolution Slider" displayed in the module: "DISPLAYHOME". The slide are already created.

When the template changed, also stopped working the module "Zopim".

We need urgent help. Thank you.
