problem with URL smartblog

thre is a problem with smatblog URL when i use the ' caracter in title
exemple i have created a new blog post wit "c'est" in title and in front end i have this error http://after-beach.com/after/blog/10_c
if i replace the ' by - in the LINK REWRITE it's work but it's not the solution it's would be do automatically without manualy change in URL back end
