Some sub categories not showing in main category

Hello!
It has come to my attention that some sub categories are not showing up in the main category. If you take a look at https://www.phbutikken.no/produktkategori/sikkerhet/brannslukkere/ there is only "Brannteppe", "C02/kullsyre", "Frityr" and "Pulver". But we also have the category "Spray", which is not showing up. You can take a look here:

There's a lot of categories that are not showing up. I updated to the latest version yesterday, but that didn't fix the problem.
Can you please help me?
