Problem with text in the Search Engine

Hi.
The problem is when I search "TOPXLED" in Google, because appear some links that I don´´t have to appear them.
For example: I don´t know to see "Hola mundo - TopXLed". I don´t know how it can appear this link if I have my shop set with a page of "Home".
The other problem is that I change "TOPXLED - Otro sitio realizado con WordPress" to "TOPXLED : Iluminación Led y Proyectos Led".
