Problem with Categories

Hi.
I have two problems with "Categories".
1ª - I can´t change "CATEGORIAS PRUEBA" to "CATEGORIAS". I can find where the text is.
2ª - I would like that the menu of Categorias could collapse. All the categories and subcategories can be seen at the same time. And I would like to show onlye the category that I choose.
I want something that: " http://topxled.com/ " . I know this menu is different, but I would like Categories work equal that this menu.
