SO, i need help. big time. I downloaded Boutique - Kute Fashion WooCommerce WordPress Theme-
and when it is uploaded, and you go to my website (BeardShit.co) it shows this : Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data02/16/3152216/html/wp-content/themes/kute-boutique/header.php on line 31
