Support Ticket.. errors on import data after install the theme

Hi, I just bought the theme, and try to install it as I do tens of times before. 1. The item support area not working ‘give 404 error’. ‘Have screen shot’ 2. When I try to upload the zip file from ‘upload theme’ it give me ‘try again’ error many times, and not uploaded, so I upload it manually through CPanel, unzip it, then activate it and activate all plugins, every thing was fine ‘Manually’. 3. When I try to import Data, I assign the content.xml file, choose the admin as in documents exactly, but import wordpress give an error ‘sorry, there has been an error’, I try many times but still give error, and not import data.
