Problem again with theme options of main page....

Hello again! About the problem you solved... The problem appears again whenever I try to change the banner picture of categories tab in main page... Theme options after that doesnt work again... I restore the page in previus revisions because even if I put the same image again after i change it doesnt work either! Please help me because i can not change those pictures at all with this situation...
