POPUP window ize too bing for Mobile devices. Cannot close popup

HI,
Another major problem is the POPUP window on Home Page.
It is too big for small devices (mobiles) and hence the close button is not seen and blocks site navigation completely
leading to a bad user experience.
WHat can be done to rectify this .
We need the POPUP. Removing it is not really an option.
