Problem with scss files

I have troubles with the scss files, some styles seem to be missing, especially in global.scss.
So I can't use these files because the website looks broken after the compass compilation.
I use londonstars v2.6.4 with Prestashop v1.6.1.4, and compass in command line.
I hope these troubles could be resolved.
