Theme doesn't updated “Preferences > Themes > Add new theme"

have purchased your “Logancee - Multipurpose Responsive Prestashop Theme” on 21st, feb, 2016. Now I am trying to install that theme by going to “Preferences > Themes > Add new theme” and then uploading the “logancee_v1.0.5.zip”. But after clicked on “Save” button, the new theme doesn’t reflect.

Please see the attached screenshot (step1).
After clicked on “Save” button the same page reloaded again with empty fields. But ideally it should show the new theme image snapshot.

I am using your install document and the video for this installation. Kindly help me ASAP. If you want to do the screen sharing then let me know the timing.
