Want homepage to look like demo version 1 homepage

Hi there! I love this theme and so excited to work with it. I finally got approval of this from my client so I began upgrading to the most current Prestashop and adding this theme. I, unfortunately, have not gotten the homepage to look like the demo option 1 version. I am more a graphic designer that dabbles in web design/themes so I am not the most versed with this. Can I get installation/module help on this? I will pay for the help since I know that installation troubleshooting is not included in my purchase. Or would watching the videos help? I tried using the included documentation but it is off since I cannot get it to match the images in the doc. Please let me know if there is any additional Secret Info you may need. P.S. Hosting company has the server security on crazy lock down so I might have to contact them with your IP to allow access....which also may be part of my installation issues - GRR!!!!
