Modules not working when one language is active

1. Group Category Module and Tags Module do not let me create new Groups etc when i have only one language (Greek) active.
The fields are not active so i can write something. Only if i edit an already made Group i can write what i want.
2. Besides that, Tags Module only lets me position a Group at Header... not Footer... check the image...
3. Layered Navigation is not working when i have a dropdown menu... it won't let me choose anything. When i click the list to open it it just refreshes the page...
PLEASE fix them ASAP... i thought the theme was working fine when i bought it and my client is really getting mad about me choosing it...
