Some Seo Problem

Hi again
When I check my websites seo it says the website has many problem regarding to theme.
please explain these problems.
the checker said:
1) Your page does not contain any H1 headings. H1 headings help indicate the important topics of your page to search engines
2)Your webpage is using 68 inline CSS styles
3)We found one JavaScript error on your web page!
