slide can't be configured

Hi
(first, sorry for my bad english)
after searching for 1 week what was the problem, I must ask you some help !
The slide module doesn't work well, you can see on the attachment files.
I only see the option "import and export" and when I import, I only see the message : Install data home silder success!
When I return on the slide module, again "import and export" .. I can't configure this module
do you know why ? thanks
(I can't give you an access og my website because it is not on line yet)
