How to change Fonts and Header Style

In the description of the theme says there were several styles of Header and many Google Fonts, but I don't know where and how to change this options.

My goal is to apply a similar style (buttons and fonts) of Leka to Logancee template in order to have the functionality of Zoom and Image Changer.

I need help please. I'm sure that you know how to do this.

I only need help change the header and the fonts in order to do a design similar to ssense.com or marahoffman.com. (logo centered, minimal menus, minimal font). And I don't see in the control panel any option to change all this.
I need help as soon as possible please. Thank you James.
