Big problem with the tabs at the bottom of the product file

Good evening,
The problem with the tabs at the bottom of the product file is not corrected.
When you click on the "Product Description" is the "specs" tab that appears. The tab "Comments" is displayed while I have not activated the module "Comments" (and it does not display the correct text). It is anarchic.
You can check on your theme "Fluid With" in your demo on ThemeForest ago that also this bug.
Thank you to fix this big problem. I thought you correct this. I do not understand. I clearly specified and you explained in detail this problem that is most important to correct.
There is also a field not translate in the newsletter popup: When you fly over the field "Enter your email ..." it displays "Sign up for our newsletter."
"Sign up for our newsletter" is not possible to translate, missing in the translation back office.
