Filter not getting displayed

Today in morning at 9:44am (Indian Standard Time) I got an email alert of an update release of Super Shop Theme. Which I downloaded and installed on my prestashop website but the filter is not getting displayed.

Today again at 2:36pm I got another email stating another updated version of Super Shop Theme being released.
We want to make our website live but whenever we updating your theme we are getting one bug or another which we are informing you from time to time.
But we can't keep doing this every now and then, so please give us a stable release of Supershop Theme which we can install and go live.
