    Issue with a plugin

    Hi,
    I have added to new plugin which are wpnotif & digits, both of them from the same developer, after I have activated, I got an error msg (attached), I couldn't open the wp till I deleted the plugin.
    I have checked with the developer and they said to check with your company as their plugin are affected with Ovic Addon Toolkit, it causing crash to the website.
    Can you please check why it crashs? I need to install these plugins for the website, please.

    Because I don't see those plugins on your site now so I don't know how to check.
    Please upload those plugins on your site without activating them. Then my coder will check for you.

    Thanks, they are working now but I see that some other plugins ar deactivated.

    Yes. He also sent me his answer last night that this issue was fixed.
    You also need to disable this mode: https://prnt.sc/11649us and when you get the alarm to update the theme, you can download the new theme package then update manually.
    So do you need any help with this ticket? Pls let me know then I will check again

    Now, pls delete your 2 plugins, then disable this mode: https://prnt.sc/1173tig > then upload again your 2 plugins.
    Your site will work properly
