    Hello,
    I tried all possible ways to edit the header & footer but couldn't, please help.

    - The header issue then i posted at the last ticket, Please check again
    - The footer issue: I entered the dashboard and Edit the footer but it does not work: https://prnt.sc/111bztn. Are you on your site?

    Thanks for your support on header.
    For the footer, no I was not in the site but this is what I'm getting as well when I want to edit the footer. how to solve it?
