    Second language pages not visible

    Hello,
    we contact you for a problem with your theme.
    We start to translate it in another language with WPML plugin.
    The default language work perfectly but the second language not. It always give a white content page.
    For exemple:
    https://www.caffeonline.net/chi-siamo/
    https://www.caffeonline.net/en/about-us/

    With our hosting rised the timeout parameters in the server, but the issue still exists.
    We tried to disable all plugins (except the once require by your theme) and problem still exists. If we disable the theme and active the default one of wrodpress, the english pages work perfectly.

    Can you take a look?

    I don't understand, some pages are still translated and yet they are still not visible. Example: the AboutUs page is traslated, this is the url:
    https://www.caffeonline.net/en/about-us
    but this url does't work.
    Please give me more details to solve the problem

    My coder found out the reason:
    You settings the menu and built the menu wrong. It creates an infinite loop so it can't load. My coder disabled some settings in Megamenu, now it's fine.
    Now, you should check again all your megamenu items. Remove or edit again all the inner menus so that it will not create an infinite loop.

    Also we need to understand how to reset the megamenu without recreating the loop, because we need it to work as we had set it before your verification.

    Ahh, yes. He gave me the answer :(

    When you build a menu item, for example, https://prnt.sc/usux4d > https://prnt.sc/usuxde, then the megamenu named: Mega Menu 3300 should not contain again all the Main menu item. I mean, all these menu items should not be contained in a mega menu: https://prnt.sc/usuxzk, it will create the loop then your pages will not be loaded correctly.

    Just check again all your mega menu items, with all menu items built in. And let me know if you are still confused. Thank you!
