header menu is not like the ovic panel header options

The menu on the main page doesn't change when I change the menu at:
control panel -> ovic panel -> theme options -> header -> tab menu

I notices also that this menu changes on the inner pages, but doesn't on the main page.

Still there. I am not able to reach into your accounts.
Maybe your hosting blocks some countries. If that, please remove Vietnam from the blacklist then let me know. I will check again

This is realy weird situation.
I contacted the hosting comapany, and your ip is not blocked, and the site works very well.
Please consider any other solution, you can connect remotly using my computer or just tell me what to do in order to fix the main page header menu that doesn't change!
So please, it's already 5 days passed since I contacted you, just send me what code to fix or what to change on the wp-admin panel.
