Mobile menu not working correctly

Hi,

After installing the theme that sub menus are not working on mobile view. After that I checked it on demo theme https://maxstore.kutethemes.net/home-12/ and I found that this bug exists there also. Can you please rectify it asap.

Please provide me your complete admin + FTP account. And take the screenshot for your issue then my coder will check for you

Thank you for your reply.
I have added the login credentials.
Also I have attached the screenshot of mobile menu. You can see the I have submenu as mega menu and normal menu but they are not working in mobile view.
