    I bought Fameshop and have had trouble installing it,

    I requested an installation but still, nothing. Having said that, I have stumbled upon a new template called Vendify which I Absolutely LOVE, its exactly what I was looking for.

    I have spoken to Dokan who has assured me that it will work with Dokan so am wanting to give that one a try. I see that they are the same price so perhaps a swap? I would really appreciate that

    Hi I have tried submitting a ticket.

    starting to get annoyed now as my purchase came with 6 months' support. not a very good start if I can't even start a ticket.

    also, my installation has just been abandoned supposed to be 24 hours paid 50 dollars. for this. that was 4 days ago


    I need a refund in. fact I just need a swap simple as that what a mission just to do that jeez

    I paid Envato $50 to install this theme on top of the &79 for this theme. That was a week ago, still not installed.

    I truly just want a refund please as I have had enough of this. It's outrageous. I don't understand why I am dealing with you if I bought this theme off envato.

    Please could you let me know how to go about getting a refund from Envato. Why am I dealing with you? I didnt buy anything from you I bought it from Envato. I know you made the theme but the point is I have been passed onto you but I should really be getting refunded from Envato, Plus the $50 install fee. So much for 24 hours, what I joke

    I expect to hear from you ASAP or from Envato.

    Enough going around in circles It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and dont particularly want to deal with anyone from here or envato!!!!

    Because we do not have any chance to check for your site so I don't know what happened.
    Anyway, I am sorry to hear about that.
    So, you can submit a ticket on Envato to get back the money for the installation and submit a request refund then the Admin will check for you.
